Shipping Policy for USA Orders Only

At Appliances & Co, we strive to provide you with top-quality shipping services across the United States.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Starts from the day the order is placed. We typically require 1-3 business days (Monday - Saturday) to process orders. Once completed, orders move to shipping.
  • Order Cut-Off: 2:00 pm (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).

Shipping Time

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 3-6 business days (Monday - Saturday) except on holidays.

Delivery Service Zone

  • We currently offer delivery services within the USA only.

Delivery Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free delivery on all orders.

We partner with FedEx, UPS, and First Class Priority Mail to ensure secure and efficient delivery.

Payment and Confirmation

Payments are processed when the order is placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and receipt. If this email doesn’t appear in your inbox, please check your spam folder or reach out to us at support@appliancesandco.com.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, an email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s site will be sent to you. If you don’t receive this email, contact our customer service team, or track your order by calling our helpline at (888) 863-6541 or emailing us at support@appliancesandco.com.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer or unavailability to receive the package, the order will be returned to Appliances & Co at the customer's expense. This cost, including any shipping fees incurred, will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Changing Delivery Address

Once an order is in transit, changes to the delivery address are not possible. If an address change is needed, please contact us within one day of placing your order at support@appliancesandco.com or call (888) 863-6541.

Upon Receipt of Your Order

Please inspect your package and its contents upon arrival to confirm they are intact and accurate. If there’s any damage or discrepancy, please refuse delivery or sign as "Damaged" and contact us immediately.

Order Cancellation

We’re sorry you wish to cancel your order! If it hasn't shipped, we’ll issue a full refund. If it has shipped, you may request a refund upon receiving the order. For details, see our Return and Refund Policy.

Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping is currently unavailable.

Bank Holidays

Deliveries do not occur on Bank Holidays. Orders will be delivered on the next business day.

Sales Tax

No additional sales tax is charged by appliancesandco.com.
