Repair and Replacement Terms

  • Appliances & Co. reserves the right to determine whether a product will be repaired or replaced.
  • Replacement products may be new or refurbished but will meet the original specifications.
  • Warranty coverage for replacement products continues for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Appliances & Co. is not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages related to the use of our products.
